I am new to it and have been experimenting.

Every time I have tried it on a bazzil with texture I have gotten a strange warping. Is this just a thing with textured card stock? Is it a bazzil thing?

Also today I "bubbled" a photo with the embossing gun. Have you ever heard of anyone doing this purposely? Say I were to use a distress ink/embossing combo on the corner of a picture I wished to age??? Does doing something like this so alter the picture that it is unlikely to remain as I have made it?

I don't even know if that last question made sense. But I am thinking about going for a very strange over the top distressed aged looking layout for scrapbooking purposes and wondering if altering the photo in this way from an aesthetic stand point might cause other problems I haven't properly thought through.

Well, altering your photos in any way will definitely be permanent! And it sounds like if you are getting "bubbling" that the emulsion (top layer that is the image itself) could eventually seperate from the paper layer.

But as long as you use copies of your photos, no problem! By all means, alter away!
